The Consultation Process

Meeting with an attorney can sometimes be intimidating but Lusko Law is here to ensure that you are comfortable throughout the entire consultation process. We offer a virtual consultation to be able to work with your schedule.

Below is a general guide on how our consultation process works:

Step 1: Initial Contact and Information Gathering

Simply fill out the form located on this webpage or give us a call at (850) 308-4011 to start the conversation regarding your case.

Step 2: The Consultation Meeting

Once the consultation appointment is scheduled, you will meet with an attorney at Lusko Law. This meeting is your opportunity to explain your case in detail, provide any relevant documents or information you have, and ask any questions you may have about the legal process, the firm’s experience, and potential outcomes.

We will, in turn, listen carefully, ask clarifying questions, and provide an initial assessment of your case. We will discuss potential legal strategies, explain your rights and options, and outline the next steps if you choose to move forward with our representation.  There is no charge for this consultation.

Step 3: Discussion of Next Steps and Agreement

Following the consultation, we will discuss the potential next steps in your case and if you decide to proceed, you will review and sign the attorney-client agreement, formally establishing an attorney-client relationship.
